The FAFO Food Faszination 2026 trade fair is one of the leading trade fairs for the food and catering industry. For the first time, the in-house exhibition of the wholesaler Omega Sorg will take place in Dresden, offering optimal conditions for exchange, inspiration and business development in a modern exhibition environment.
More than 250 exhibitors will be presenting their latest products, trends and innovations. The diverse range of products extends from catering, butchery, bakery and confectionery over frozen and fresh produce to technology and planning. As a platform for networking, the event brings together players in the sector and promotes the development of new business relationships. Forward-looking concepts and trends play just as important a role, as personal dialogue within the industry.
The trade fair will also be complemented by the WEINkost gourmet fair. Here you can discover a diverse selection of exquisite wines, fine distilled products and refined delicatessen creations from winegrowers, family wineries, co-operatives and international partners.
