Grüne Woche in Berlin is one of the world’s most important and largest consumer trade fairs for agriculture, food and horticulture. Each year, it brings together decision-makers from agricultural policy and agribusiness as well as trade professionals and private visitors from around the globe. In 2026, the fair celebrates its 100th anniversary.
Around 1,500 exhibitors from over 50 countries present their products and innovations across 28 exhibition halls. The trade fair provides a comprehensive overview of current developments, products and trends along the entire value chain of the agricultural and food sectors and attracts around 310,000 visitors each year. The exhibition is complemented by an extensive supporting programme with around 300 events and conferences and also hosts the Global Forum for Food and Agriculture (GFFA), the leading international conference on future issues in the global agriculture and food sector, culminating in a meeting of more than 70 agriculture ministers.
