Polagra in Poznań is Poland's most traditional trade fair event and is one of the leading trade fairs in the food industry and HoReCa sector in Central and Eastern Europe. As an international industry meeting, it brings together players from the food and food tech sectors as well as catering experts on a shared platform.
The trade fair is divided into the zones of food, foodtech and HoReCa, thus covering the entire value chain. Over 250 exhibitors present high-quality food products, processing technologies and solutions for the catering and hotel industry. In addition to product presentations, the focus is primarily on technical innovations, current market trends and new business opportunities.
Specialist events, training sessions and industry events round off the programme, offering ideal conditions for networking, knowledge transfer and building international partnerships.
