From local inspiration to Europe-wide reach
In 2014, a unique product was born to meet the needs of a region with a strong tourism industry. Today, it is destined to revolutionise hotel management throughout Europe. Founded in Meran/Merano, in the heart of South Tyrol, ReGuest helps hoteliers to simplify their day-to-day management, optimise their business processes and increase direct sales. The company has developed the first Commercial Operating Platform (ComOP) dedicated to the tourism sector, integrating online hotel marketing, websites, hotel CRM, guest apps, business intelligence, and native artificial intelligence to automate the guest journey. Thanks to this solution, ReGuest has established itself as a technological reference point for the European hotel industry.
“In over 25 years, we have experienced firsthand all the sales, marketing and technological challenges that hoteliers face every day. ReGuest was born to liberate them from these daily problems.”
Buy & Build strategy and expansion into European markets
Since 2025, ReGuest has embraced a Buy & Build growth strategy by acquiring over six companies in the sector, including Zeppelin Hotel Tech, opensmjle, orderando, Indicate Data, Servecloud and Up Hotel Agency. Today, ReGuest SpA collaborates with over 3,860 hotels in Europe, working alongside renowned resorts such as Forestis, Quellenhof and Schloss Elmau. ReGuest’s constant development has helped to cement digital innovation and technological expertise as cornerstones of the South Tyrolean tourism sector.

From field experience to the stock exchange
ReGuest traces its origins back to the Zeppelin agency, founded in 1999. After fifteen years of experience in digital hotel tourism marketing, the Zeppelin team was inspired to launch a groundbreaking new tool in Merano. By embracing web-based offers, they were able to transcend the status quo and the typical static quotes. This innovation has evolved over the years, growing to incorporate Messenger in 2017, a corporate spin-off in 2019, and a sales-oriented conversational newsletter in 2021. 2024 marked a fundamental turning point, as ReGuest integrated native AI and was listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange in the “direct market plus” segment.

The Commercial Operating Platform and an AI-first approach
The Commercial Operating Platform (ComOP) connects natively with booking engines and third-party property management systems. The AI-first approach represents a key element: artificial intelligence is not a mere add-on, but a structural component of each hotel’s CRM. The company’s values were inspired by listening to the needs of hoteliers and by the South Tyrol testbed, where competitiveness is rooted in quality.
